Firas G. Eladoumikdachi, MD, FACS, FSSO, is a well-versed breast surgical oncologist who diagnoses and treats patients as Director of the Breast Surgery Program at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey at Hamilton. Dr. Eladoumikdachi is a sought out breast surgical oncologist serving as the Director for the Breast Program at Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey at Hamilton. With breast cancer treatment becoming more individualized than ever, Dr. Eladoumikdachi believes the patient is at the center of all the different treatment modalities and support services. Firas G. Eladoumikdachi, MD, FACS, FSSO, attended the American University of Beirut Faculty of Medicine, and received his medical degree in 1998. Then, he served his internship at the American University of Beirut Medical Center (1998-1999). Upon relocating to the United States, Dr. Eladoumikdachi conducted a residency in general surgery at the prestigious Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX (2002-2006). Furthermore, he completed his fellowship training in breast surgical oncology at the Lynn Sage Comprehensive Breast Center at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, IL (2009-2010). In addition, Dr. Eladoumikdachi received board certification in general surgery from the American Board of Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and Fellow of the Society of Surgical Oncology (FSSO). Moreover, he remains a professional member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons. Dr. Eladoumikdachi is also certified by the American Society of Breast Surgeons in breast ultrasound and stereotactic breast biopsy techniques.
